How can I return the supplements?

If you decide to return the product, please email us at hello@nocarbschallenge.com.

Return Policy:

• Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original packaging, unopened, and in a condition suitable for resale. If the product does not meet these conditions, we will be unable to offer a refund.
• To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hello@nocarbschallenge.com so we can prepare a return label for you.
• The return label will be sent to your current email address. Please note that the label must be used within 20 days or it will be voided. If a return is made without using the return label, it may experience delays or be rejected.
• Once the returned product is received and inspected by our staff, a refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that the refund may take up to 14 working days to be processed by your bank.
• A return processing fee of 9 USD will be deducted from your refund amount.

International Orders (outside the US):

• Shipping rates for international orders (excluding Canada) cover shipping charges only. Customers are responsible for customs fees, which vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
• If you refuse to accept the package at customs due to high customs fees, we will not be able to issue a refund or reship the order through another carrier. In this case, the package will be abandoned at customs.
• If you wish to return the order, you are responsible for the customs fees to ship the package back to us. Once we receive the package, you will be refunded the cost of the order, minus the original shipping charge.
