How do I request a refund for the app?

If you'd like a refund, please contact our customer support within 30 days of purchase and include details about the issue. Be prepared to provide visual proof if the product was faulty.

To request a refund, email us at hello@nocarbschallenge.com. Please attach proof of payment (such as a receipt or bank statement screenshot) and the email address associated with your account. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Credit Card Disputes: If you dispute the charge with your card provider, we won’t be able to process a refund, and resolution could take months. Please allow us a chance to assist you directly.
