How do I change the measurement system?

To change the measurement system in the app, follow these steps:

1. Open the NoCarbsChallenge app.
2. Tap More at the bottom menu, then select View your profile.
3. Go to Settings and tap Units.
4. Choose either Metric or Imperial units.
