App isn't working

If you're having issues with the NoCarbsChallenge app, try these steps:

Reset the NoCarbsChallenge App:

1. Open the NoCarbsChallenge app.
2. Tap on your More in the bottom-right corner.
3. Select View your profile > Settings > Reset the app > Yes.

Reinstall the NoCarbsChallenge App:

1. Delete the app:
   • On iPhone: Press and hold the app icon until you see the option to delete it.
   • On Android: Open the Google Play Store, find NoCarbsChallenge in your apps, and uninstall it.
2. Download and reinstall:
   • Download from the App Store
   • Download from Google Play
3. Log in after reinstalling.

Additional tips:

• If possible, update your smartphone's operating system, as this can also resolve app issues.
