I can't log in

If you’re having trouble accessing your account, try these steps:

1. Select Log in instead of Register when opening the app. If you don’t see the login screen, delete and reinstall the app.
2. Use the email address you signed up with. Double-check if you have multiple emails, and make sure the email address is spelled correctly.
3. Reset your password if you can’t log in. Click Forgot your password? on the login page, and look for a reset email in your inbox (including your spam folder).
4. Update your phone's operating system. Outdated software can cause apps to malfunction.
