I haven't received anything after purchasing the meal plan

If you haven’t received an email with login instructions from us after purchasing your NoCarbsChallenge meal plan, please check your spam or promotions folders; it may have ended up there by mistake.

To access your meal plan, download the NoCarbsChallenge app from the App Store or Google Play Store and log in with your credentials:

1. Open the app and tap Log in (don’t select Register).
2. Enter the email and password you used to sign up. Make sure your credentials are spelled correctly.
3. If you have trouble logging in, click Reset at the login screen.
