You can reach us anytime by emailing us at hello@nocarbschallenge.com. We typically respond within 2-3 days, but it may take a little longer in cases of high demand.

Important: If you contact support using a different email than the one you used to create a NoCarbsChallenge account, we may need to verify your account with some payment-related information. Please have the following ready:

• Order ID: Find this in your order confirmation email or PayPal receipt (it’s a code starting with NoCarbsChallenge- or NCC-);

• Sign-up email address;

• If you paid with PayPal: Your PayPal email address and a screenshot of the receipt;

• If you paid with a credit card: The account holder’s full name and the last 4 digits of the card used;

• Screenshot or receipt of the charge.

Waiting for a response? If you've emailed support and haven’t received a reply within a week, please check:

• If the email was archived, deleted, or sent to spam.

• If it was blocked or filtered by your email settings.
