I haven’t received a response from the Customer Success team

We usually respond to all inquiries within 24 hours - often much sooner. If you haven’t heard back from us, please follow the steps below to ensure nothing was missed.

1. Double-check your inbox

Sometimes our messages can be accidentally filtered out. Please make sure to check:

• Spam / Junk folders

• Promotions or other filtered tabs

• Whether your mailbox is full or blocking new messages

If you find our email in a filtered folder, mark it as Not Spam so future replies reach you normally.

2. Use our live chat

If you still can’t locate a response, you can reach us directly through the live chat available in the Help Center - just click the green icon at the bottom right corner of the screen. You’ll first connect with our chatbot, and if the issue requires additional assistance, the conversation will be escalated to our Support team.
