How can I cancel my My Challenge subscription?

All My Challenge subscription plans renew automatically at the end of the selected period.

To cancel your My Challenge subscription, follow these steps based on where you purchased it:

Subscription purchased on the website or the app
To cancel your subscription on the My Challenge app, follow these steps:

1. Tap More in the bottom menu.
2. Go to View Your Profile > My Details > Subscription Details.
3. Click on the link in the provided first step of the instructions.
4. Enter your credentials, ensuring they are spelled correctly.
5. Tap Login > Cancel.
6. Select the reason for the cancellation and click Submit & Cancel your subscription.

To cancel your subscription on a computer, follow these steps:

2. Enter your credentials, double-checking for any typos.
3. Click Login > Cancel.
4. Select the reason for the cancellation and click Submit & Cancel your subscription.

Subscription purchased via Google Play
