How can I cancel my NoCarbsChallenge subscription?

All NoCarbsChallenge subscription plans renew automatically at the end of the selected period.

To cancel your NoCarbsChallenge subscription, follow these steps based on where you purchased it:

Subscription purchased on https://nocarbschallenge.com/ or the app
To cancel your subscription on the NoCarbsChallenge app, follow these steps:

1. Tap More in the bottom menu.
2. Go to View Your Profile > My Details > Subscription Details.
3. Click on the link in the provided first step of the instructions.
4. Enter your credentials, ensuring they are spelled correctly.
5. Tap Login > Cancel.
6. Select the reason for the cancellation and click Submit & Cancel your subscription.

To cancel your subscription on a computer, follow these steps:

1. Click on this link: https://nocarbschallenge.com/clients/login.
2. Enter your credentials, double-checking for any typos.
3. Click Login > Cancel.
4. Select the reason for the cancellation and click Submit & Cancel your subscription.
